Everyone understands that the older you get, the less time you get for yourself, with the family, work and just trying to relax.  With the Trio Fitness program we are trying give you the most effective workout possible as quickly as posible in beginners and work you up to a more demanding routine once you build up your abilites to coupe with the strain of juggling day to day life.


The Trio Fitness programme was originally designed by Mr Andrew Nichols.  Mr Nichols woke up one day and realised he was getting fat in his twenties, which was a shock to his system after being so fit as a teen.
 
In his youth he had played football for four football team at the same time, his school, district, saturday and sunday league, he was also a black belt in kickboxing and was alway really cut.
 
In his twenties he was working during the day and sitting watching Tv all night with his family eating junk, he was 4 and a half stone heavier then when he had left school and did not feel he had it in him anymore to do something about it.
 
Then on day he just thought, Yeah, I can do it and started putting pen to paper to organise when he would have time to do the exercises and what he would do for maximum effect short term, progressing through to long term and a change of lifestyle.
