The workout is set out to only take thirty minuites aprox, perfectly designed for the busy man, most people have thirty minuites free at some point during the day and its best to do the workout at the same time daily so that it becomes routine.
 
The exercises are set in the same three day cicyle that the eating plan is but you must keep the days in order and once the third day is complete you must start day 1 again.  All the exercises are explain in the about exercises page.
