The Trio Fitness eating plan is optional but worth adding to your training to see maximum affects, the plan is designed to control your consumption of food and give the body the right mix needed to stay in shape. The Eating plan is a three day programme that rotates, having a veggie day, a meat day and finally a fish day, if you are not a big fan of one of the above then simply choose the two you like and rotate them over a two day period insted. Day 1 Veggie Day Nice and simple, all you have to do is eat vegetables, salad and fruit, you can eat as much as you like incluing things that have high carbs like potatoes. Day 2 Meat Day Same again, does what it says on the tin, on a meat day you can still have things like vegetables just in small portions but no carbs and you can eat as much meat as you like. Day 3 Fish Day The fish day is nearly the same as the meat day but you can eat carbs but just in small portions. Now once you have finished the third day you go back to day 1 and start again, not really a hard plan to follow, with few restrictions, the idea is to keep your metabolism active. Most people eat the same foods all week every week and your body gets abit used to it, your body goes on auto pilot, by swiching the kind of food you eat regulary keeps your metabolism active. If you do eat chocolate or drink alchol or something simular to these try and remeber, in a pint of beer you will be looking a about 250 cals, thats 15 minuites running extra you will have to done to burn that off, so if you have for example 4 pints on friday night, thats 1 hours worth of running you need to do to burn that off extra to your normal training. Same kind of thing for a chocalte bar and a mac ds large milkshake, which is 2000 cals, around two hours running so think about what you are eating. Trio Fitness plus will soon be available later this year. |
