Please be aware that this workout programme is just a guide and it is up to you as an individual to judge what your body is capiable of, trio fitness will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur during training and advises you to speak to your GP before starting any form of training.
 
Trio Fitness has provided a warm up programme aswell as the beginners programme and we advise you to always warm up before you carry out any form of exercise, remember that your body might not be capiable of carrying out all the exercises at first and you will have to work your way up to the standard set in this training programme.
 
If you injure yourself by trying to do to much this will just result in you not being able to workout untill it has healed and you will relaps in you fitness levels.
